Prime Education

PRIME EDUCATION is a Vocational Education and Training (VET) founded in 2017, which aims to equip participants with skills necessary that make them competent for a certain occupation in the market. Participants in Prime Education will have the chance to be part of different interactive modules with the intention to prepare them efficiently for the workplace dynamics.

Employment of youth in Kosovo is a challenge that requires a long-term and substantive solution. Productive employment and decent work for young people cannot be achieved through partial interventions.

Sustainable action is needed, established and coordinated by a broad spectrum of participants.

Prime Education is a specialized licensed and accredited vocational education institution in Kosovo that aims to professionally train young people for the labor market in Kosovo and the region.

Young people who will complete vocational training in our institution will easily overcome the difficulties of entering and staying in the labor market.

The current knowledge shows that the problem of youth employment in Kosovo must be realized in partnership between different participants.

Based on state determinations for resolving the problem of youth employment, Prime education is positioned to be an active participant in resolving the problem of youth employment by providing quality vocational training programs.

In order to successfully compete in the market, Kosovar companies are increasingly expressing their demands and interest in skilled labor.

One segment of meeting these requirements and aiming to achieve the strategic goals of youth employment is quality vocational training, according to labor market requirements.
